You can request a refund for purchases from never-store.fun. Your computer may not meet the system requirements for the game. Or you bought the game by mistake

never-store.fun will refund if a refund was requested by email: help@never-store.fun within the refund period we have specified and, in the case of a game or game activation code, if you have not received or activated it access key. You will find more information below, but even if your situation does not meet the described rules, you can still request a refund, and we will consider the appeal.

Your purchase will be fully refunded to you within a week after the return is approved and to the payment method you used to purchase (bank card or account). If, for any reason, never-store.fun is unable to refund the payment method you used, then we will offer you products of similar value available in the never-store.fun store.

IN WHAT CASES CAN YOU RETURN THE MONEY:

The ability to return within seven days of purchase for products that have not been activated or delivered to the customer applies to games and software in the never-store.fun store. See below for information on returns for other types of purchases.

REFUND FOR ADDITIONAL CONTENT

(CONTENT DISTRIBUTED VIA never-store.fun AND USED BY OTHER GAMES AND SOFTWARE, “DLC”)

Additional content purchased from never-store.fun can be refunded within seven days of purchase if the corresponding main program has not been used and only if it has not been irrevocably used up, modified or transferred. Please note that in some cases, never-store.fun will not be able to refund money for additional content created by third parties, for example, if the additional content permanently increases the level of the character in the game. On the pages of such additional content, you will see a notice that funds for it cannot be returned.

REFUND FOR IN-GAME PURCHASES

Funds for in-game goods in never-store.fun games can only be returned if they have not been activated, modified or transferred. Other developers may also arrange this kind of refund in their games. If the developer allows refunds for these items, never-store.fun will notify you upon purchase. In other cases, never-store.fun does not allow refunds for in-game purchases made in third-party games.

REFUND FOR PRE-ORDERS

If you have pre-ordered a product from never-store.fun and paid for it, you can request a refund at any time while the product is still available. The standard return policy (14 days / 2 hours) will take effect as soon as the release takes place.

REFUND FOR PACKS

You can get a refund for any pack purchased from never-store.fun, but only if the contents of the pack are not as described or you have not received the pack within 5 days of ordering. If a bundle includes an in-game item or additional content that is non-refundable, you will be informed at checkout if the entire bundle is eligible for a refund.

SHOPPING IN OTHER STORES

never-store.fun cannot offer refunds for purchases made outside never-store.fun (for example, activation keys or access wallet codes purchased from other stores).

VIDEO CONTENT

We cannot offer refunds for video content that can be purchased on the never-store.fun website (for example, feature and short films, series, their episodes, as well as training videos) unless the video is bundled with other content, non-refundable video.
